The last Sunday in August (I know, I know....playing catch up on the blog!) we decided to go exploring after church.
First stop Nooksack Falls for a picnic lunch...
We decided to head on to Mt Baker and Artist Point. The kids were bummed there was no snow ANYWHERE...and the sky was hazy and smokey from the fires in Eastern WA so it was a quick stop.

Our last stop was down to the Nooksack River for a little fishing...
What an amazingly beautiful world God has created!
