Last night we went over to my Dad's shop to help decorate the tree. We had a great time hanging car parts like spark plugs and gasket covers and even topped the tree with an exhaust tip :)
This morning we made our annual trip out to the tree farm to cut down a Christmas tree. It was a short trip because it was so cold out. Noah was so excited when we got the tree in the house, he was running around and playing and ended up tripping and hitting his upper lip and nose on the the ledge of the fireplace. Needless to say he has quite the battle scar at the moment, but we are thankful it wasn't any worse. This evening we finished up hanging the ornaments... Noah had so much fun stuffing the tiny Christmas balls on the lower branches, it looked like a little bird had laid a couple nests of eggs :) When the tree was complete, Noah helped Daddy vacuum up all the needles... such a big helper!
